Our cuisine shows a deep respect of the Italian tradition, this made possible from the high quality of our ingredients and their freshness. Our menu changes every day allowing us to produce recipes with typical seasonal vegetables and fruits. Each dish we prepare is completely home made, from the pasta and the pizza to the bread and our wide assortment of desserts. Our pizzas and marinated roasted chicken are prepared to perfection in our wood burning oven.

Enjoy our name-sake arucola salad served with shaved parmesan cheese or may we suggest the Caprese salad, green mix or mushroom salad, in season.
For the meat lover in you
Our 10 Oz. Top sirloin prepared on the grill and served with a different sauce every day might be helpful. We also suggest lamb steak, porchetta, quail, or the ever popular veal scaloppini, tender, thin and prepared either in Marsala wine, lemon or white wine sauce. Also for the particular guest, you must try the Ossobucco, this is a treat.

Specialty pastas ranging from homemade Fettuccines, Pappardelles and Tagliatelles to an assortment of stuffed Raviolis are all here at Arucola. With a wide range of vegetarian, seafood or meat sauces to satisfy anyone’s pallet.
And for Dessert Allow our Pastry Chef to entice you with a delicious finish to your meal. Creations range from the traditional Tiramisu to her house specialty Coconut Pistachio Tort.
